Every student at every university has access to an email account. In terms of student email, Gmail and Office 365 are the industry leaders. In most cases, student email addresses are formatted as firstlastname@yourschool.edu. To log in, you'll need your username (NetID) and password.

VandalMail
The student email account at the University of Idaho is called VandalMail.Upon registration, a VandalMail email account is given. For communications pertaining to ISI courses, all University of Idaho students must either activate and use their VandalMail email account, or set up email forwarding from VandalMail to another email.
MavMAIL
MNSU The official means of communication at Minnesota State University, Mankato, is MavMAIL. Office 365, which also includes programs like Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Teams, OneNote, and OneDrive, includes MavMAIL.
Knights Email
The UCF students-only edition of Microsoft Outlook Live serves as the email system for the knights. It offers a selection of cost-free hosted communication and collaboration options to UCF students.
HeelMail
The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill's student email account site is called HeelMail. Here, UNC provides pertinent admissions office updates, information on financial assistance packages for students, and other crucial academic data.EagleConnect
For students, applicants, and alumni, EagleConnect is the official UNT email system built on Microsoft Outlook.Use EagleConnect email to view crucial messages from the Office of the Registrar, Financial Aid, libraries, student accounting, advisors, and other University of North Texas departments.
FirstLast@my.unt.edu is the email address for EagleConnect. Logging into the Account Management System, or AMS, will reveal it. It can be found in the "Student E-Mail" section. The password you use to access all UNT systems is the same as yours.
BuckeyeMail
The official email address of Ohio State University is BuckeyeMail (lastname.#@buckeyemail.osu.edu). Additionally, BuckeyeMail provides free access to Microsoft Office 365 for Ohio State students.
The entire BuckeyeMail address of the students serves as the Office 365 ID.
ScarletMail
The official student email account provider for Rutgers students is ScarletMail (Gmail). Using a NetID and password, you can access it at mail.scarletmail.rutgers.edu.The key Google hosted applications—Gmail, Docs, Calendar, Talk, Video, and Sites—are all part of the ScarletApps suite. Google has expanded the Google Apps for Education program with dozens of additional apps in addition to the core package.

CIX email
Modern email and communication tools are available to students across all of CUNY through CIX email. Everything you do online, including email, shared calendars, and chatting, now functions more seamlessly and dependably than ever thanks to the relationship with Microsoft.The procedure for creating CIX email accounts is as follows: Firstname.Lastname@cix.csi.cuny.edu is the standard user name format.
Your email address should remain the same as long as there are no name disputes. If there are multiple "John Smiths" on campus, for instance, each person's ID will read "John.Smith," "John.Smith2," and "John.Smith3."
The standard password is Csi+your EMPLID.
Toppermail
WKU TopperMail is the email account for students of Western Kentucky University. It features a robust email client with an integrated calendar, a number of versatile collaboration tools, and much more.
WKU students are issued a TopperMail email account within 24-48 hours after their initial course registration.
Bobcat Mail
Texas State Email, known as Bobcat Mail, is the official email service used at Texas State University. As part of Microsoft 365, BobcatMail integrates with many other Microsoft 365 apps. TXST Email is available on mobile devices, where you need it when you need it.
Your Texas State email address is in the format: yourNetID@txstate.edu (e.g., zzz99@txstate.edu).
TERPmail
TERPmail is an email scheduling and collaboration environment available for undergraduate students at the University of Maryland. It is built on Google Apps and is the de-facto system for student email communication.
TERPmail replaced Mirapoint email in October 2011. All employees and graduate students at the University of Maryland (UMD) get a UMD Gmail account (also known as @umd.edu).
GryphMail
GryphMail is the University of Guelph’s official email address, contacts, tasks, and calendar system. All faculty, staff, and students are given a Gryph Mail email address.

LoboMail is a feature-rich email and calendaring system based on Microsoft Exchange Online in Office 365. It is available to all students, staff, and faculty at the University of New Mexico.Every UNM user is provided with an email account when they start as a student, staff, or faculty.
