Dr. Komba-Mgeni is a Tanzanian medical doctor and politician. He is a member of the Chama Cha Mapinduzi (CCM) party and has served as a Member of Parliament (MP) for the Mikumi constituency since 2015.
Dr. Komba-Mgeni was born in Mikumi District in 1965. He attended the University of Dar es Salaam, where he earned a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) degree in 1992. He then went on to earn a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from the same university in 2000.
After completing his medical studies, Dr. Komba-Mgeni worked as a medical officer in various hospitals in Tanzania. He also served as a lecturer at the Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences.
In 2015, Dr. Komba-Mgeni was elected to the National Assembly of Tanzania as the MP for Mikumi. He is a member of the CCM's parliamentary caucus and serves on the Health and Social Welfare Committee.
