My course(s) are hidden, why?

If your course is not visible in Queens onQ:

Verify with your instructor that they are utilising onQ and that students may access the course. Contact the ITSC at 36666 if you are still unable to find your course by completing the Help Form or by calling.

How do I bookmark your available courses?

Your current semester's courses can be pinned in Queens onQ and moved to the top of the list by using the Select a Course drop-down menu.

Search for the desired course in the drop-down menu, then click the pin button to the right of the course name to save it. The course(s) that have been "pinned" have an orange pin icon and are always displayed at the top of the list. More than one course may be pinned.

Click on the orange pin icon next to the course name on the right to unpin a course. The pin icon for unpinned courses is gray.

Why aren't my grades visible?

Before they are published, grades are not displayed. They cannot be issued until all grading has been finished by the teacher and distributed simultaneously to every student. Typically, final grades won't be disclosed until the course is over.

What does "Dropped" mean in my grade?

If your grade is "Dropped," the teacher will:

1. Removed the item with the highest and/or lowest grade in this group.
2. I dropped this assignment, thus it won't affect my grade.

In either scenario, speak with the course's instructor to learn more.
